- Orders are shipped from Monday to Friday, around 2.30pm Paris time (except national days and special events).
- For same day shipping, please place your order before 2pm Paris time.
- Custom builds (Wheels, bikes, ...) along with shipments outside France Metr. & Monaco may need an additionnal delay.
- Delays shown above are in business days and approximative. Customs clearance aren't included.
- Instore pickup (at Unleaded) : You can pick you package a few minutes after placing your order, during opening hours.
ADDITIONNAL INFOS :
- Your tracking number / link are sent by email on shipping day. Look for our email called "Order shipped" and in your spams.
- Our packages need to be signed at delivery and are protected with security tape to insure their safety. If altered, a damage claim must be filled on the delivery bill, and we need to be informed asap, with pictures of the problem.
- Chronopost Pickup delays : Once delivered, you have 7 days to pick your package at the delivery spot. Once this delay passed, it will be considered as "unclaimed" and shipped back to us. Return fees would apply.
