As a customer, you can use your withdrawal right to return a product.
If you want to use that right, note that any return shipping cost will be to your charge.
CONDITIONS :
The returned product needs to be as new, without any sign of use or installation.
The original packaging and a proof of purchase (ex : printed invoice) will be needed.
You can choose between a CREDIT MEMO or a REIMBURSEMENT. Please indicate it on the proof of purchase.
Any return should be made in the 14 days following the delivery.
About custom builds :
In agreement to the french consumer code article L121-20-2, the withdrawal right can't be used on custom / made to order products (Products that are customized to the customer specifications).
Custom wheels or bikes therefor can not be returned within this right.
HOW TO PROCEED :
The product needs to be packed with care, to avoid any damage during transport.
You can return it directly to our shop.
You may choose whatever carrier you prefer.
Some website like Packlink or Boxtal will propose negotiated prices with these carriers, feel free to use it.

RETURN SHIPPING COST :
In agreement to the french consumer code article L121-21-3, return shipping cost will be at the customer's charge.
In case of un-claimed or refused package, the following fees will be deducted from any credit memo / reimbursement :
CHRONOPOST / GLS : 9.99€
OTHER CARRIER : Shipping cost charged to Unleaded BMX
In case of partial credit memo or reimbursement, any commercial gesture or gift (ex : free shipping, free tshirt when you buy for xxx amount, ...) will also be deducted.
CREDIT MEMO / REIMBURSEMENT :
Once the package received and verified, your credit memo ou reimbursement will be sent within the next 14 days.
In case of reimbursement, this one will be done by bank transfer, or by re-crediting the card you used during your purchase.
